Comfort, as a choice
Choose your comfort.
Change it later.
Buying a sofa online shouldn’t mean gambling on the sit. Pick Standard or Soft today — if it isn’t right, one Comfort Swap window lets you exchange inserts without returning the sofa.
Standard
Supportive first, relaxed after
Reading, conversation, working from the sofa, anyone who wants to sit “on” rather than “in”.
Soft
The deep lounge
Long films, Sunday mornings, tall loungers and committed nappers who want the slower sink.
The Comfort Swap
Your comfort can change with you.
One exchange window after delivery: if the sit isn’t right, we ship the other inserts and take back yours. After that, comfort is a refresh — single inserts from $129, full sets from $399 — never a new sofa.
Choose at checkout
Standard or Soft — the guide above, or order a comfort sample first.
Live with it
Sit, lounge, work, nap. Real judgment takes weeks, not a showroom minute.
Swap once, free exchange window
We ship the other inserts; you return yours in the same boxes.
Refresh anytime after
Inserts and full sets are permanent catalog items, priced and stocked.
