The Core Three-Seat ships as three flat boxes, the longest 38 inches, each under 70 lb. Run the Fit Pass with your doorway and stair-turn measurements; borderline paths get a human review before anything ships.

In-stock configurations ship within days; the tracking page shows each box separately. Exact windows depend on your ZIP — check yours on the Fit Pass page.

30 days from delivery. Start a return from your order page; we arrange pickup. Returns of buyer’s remorse carry the actual return shipping; defects, missing parts and transport damage are always on us.

No. Keep the boxes if you can, but returns are picked up as-is — nobody can re-compress a sofa at home, and we don’t pretend otherwise.

Zip each panel off, machine wash cold, line dry, zip back on. Care labels are sewn into every panel. Wash testing covers shrinkage, fading, pilling and zipper life — the full instructions ship with the sofa.

That’s the point of the system. Single module covers ($129), single cushion inserts (from $129) and back inserts ($79) are permanent catalog items — fix the part, keep the sofa.

Standard supports first and relaxes over time; Soft is the deep lounge. If you choose wrong, one Comfort Swap window lets you exchange inserts without returning the sofa. Details on the Comfort page.

Coverage is separated by component: the structural platform, connectors, cushion inserts and fabrics each carry their own terms, listed on your order. Specific years are confirmed at launch — we only promise what testing has verified.

Parts availability is the business model, not a favor. Frame versions and compatibility are logged from the first unit, and replacement covers and cushions are planned as permanent stock.
